EGYPT. Alexandria. Hadrian, 117-138. Drachm (Bronze, 34.2 mm, 20.59 g, 11 h), year 17 = 132-133. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΑΙΑΝ ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟC CEΒ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Hadrian to right. Rev. L IZ Serapis standing right, raising right arm and holding scepter in left, facing emperor, togate, standing left, holding scepter in left hand and right stretched out over altar inscribed ΑΔΡ/ΙΑ/ΝΟΝ, with distyle temple with globe in pediment. Dattari (Savio) 1944. Geissen 1085. K&G 32.554. RPC III 5844. Dark brown patina with green highlights. Nearly very fine.
