THESSALY, Skotussa. Circa 465-460 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 3.08 g 11). Forepart of horse to right, with, below, a barely visible (retrograde) Ν. Rev. ΣΚ - Ο Germinating barley grain; all within incuse square. BCD (Triton) 731 (same dies). SNG Cop 251. Lightly toned with slightly rough surfaces, but attractive and clear. Good very fine.
