Quadriga driven slowly to right by a bearded charioteer; above, Nike flying right to crown the horses; in exergue, palmette with tendrils. Rev. ϹΕΛΑΣ Forepart of man-headed bull to right. Gulbenkian 197 var. Jenkins, Gela 344. Kraay / Hirmer 158 var. Of unusually fine style for this period; very attractively toned. Obverse struck from a worn die, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
